Friday, October 2nd, 2026, at Stone Mountain Golf Club – Stonemont Course
The FODAC Golf Classic raises funds for FODAC’s home medical equipment (HME) program. The funds will help provide mobility items like wheelchairs, walkers, standers, patient lifts, and hospital beds to improve the quality of life for adults and children with disabilities.
Individual Players $175 each, Team Bundle (team of 4) $600 & Sponsorships starting at $500
As a part of the tournament, every participant receives complimentary:
- Breakfast and snacks for the course
- Beverages throughout the day
- Catered Lunch
- FODAC swag and sponsor giveaways
Participants will also be able to participate in contests at holes throughout the course, and prizes and raffle items will be awarded!
